Where is my mailed tax bill?

Tax bills are mailed to the address on the transfer return. If that information has changed, you must let the municipality know the new mailing address and which tax parcel ID's are affected. Tax bills cannot be altered after they are printed.

Please allow at least 5-7 days transit time as all mail is routed through the central processing center in Milwaukee. If you have comments and/or concerns regarding the printing & distribution process, please contact Winnebago County.

Why is my tax bill so late this year?

Tax bills are required by Statute to be mailed no later than the third Monday in December. Tax bills are always printed by the County and distributed to the municipality when available. How is my tax bill calculated?

There are many contributing taxation districts. If you have concerns regarding tax amounts and/or the percentage change from the prior year, please contact the specific listed Taxing Jurisdiction. If you have questions on your property valuation, please contact the Town Assessor.

A $30 Administrative Fee, plus all municipal bank fees will be charged for NSF Checks.

Payments may be made:

IN-PERSON at the Town Office

Monday through Thursday 7:45 am to 4 pm
Friday 7:45 am to 1 pm

The Town Office will be closed Wednesday, December 24, 2025 and Thursday, December 25, 2025 for Christmas, and Thursday, January 1, 2026 for New Year's Day.
